SING OUT AND DANCE ABOUT! is a small, independent company based in Bournemouth. It is run by Jenny Wakefield; a Qualified Teacher and Early Years Specialist with an interest in Music & Drama.
The Company visits a wide range of establishments including: Mum and Toddler Groups, Nurseries/Playgroups, Sure Start Children's Centres, Schools, After School Clubs/Holiday Schemes and Community Events such as Fetes, Fun-days or Open Days. Our services cater for children aged 0-8 and our catchment area covers Bournemouth, Poole and surrounding areas.
All sessions are well-planned and structured with clear learning intentions and outcomes linked to the Early Years Foundation Stage and/or The National Curriculum as appropriate. We offer a wide range of developmental activities through a sensory approach, encouraging a balance of 'teacher-led' learning and 'exploration' time.
